Activation Instructions:

Dip the tip of the eyeliner into water, gently without pressure, and hold for 3-4 seconds (the tip is initially white) Twist the cap (gray part) all the way Replace the cap on the liner (essential) and shake the liner 3-4 times like a thermometer, holding it with the opposite end from the tip The white tip will turn black, and the adhesive is ready for use There’s no need to shake the liner every time, it works perfectly without it After each use, make sure to tightly close the eyeliner to prevent drying.
